Job Summary: Cash Agents are responsible for supporting a variety of administrative functions, including but not limited to the issuance and return of cash tills, issuing employee uniforms and the preparation of cashier reports. The Cash Agent is critical in maintaining a balanced safe. Essential Functions: Issue and count down daily tills.

  • Receive checks and cash for deposit, verify amounts and check accuracy of deposit slips.
  • Balance currency, coin, and checks in cash drawers and safe at ends of shifts and calculate daily transactions, using computers, calculators, or adding machines.
  • Enter information into databases or software programs.
  • Prepare deposits to be submitted to the bank.
  • Issue uniforms and complete proper deduction forms.
  • Maintain safe balance by counting the safe at regular intervals.

Courtesy Patrol Officer
Job Summary: Courtesy Patrol Officers are responsible for supporting a variety of functions, including but not limited to maintaining park security by locking park entrances/exits, securing buildings, patrolling the property and investigating disturbances. The courtesy patrol officer is critical in maintaining park safety, ensuring that guests and employees are safe. Essential Functions:

  • Lock doors and gates of entrances and exits to secure buildings.
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Patrol property to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensures security of doors, windows and gates.
  • Write reports of any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.

Lifeguard
Job Summary: Lifeguards are responsible for supporting a variety of aquatics functions, including but not limited to monitoring park recreational areas such as the wave pool, lazy river or attractions to provide assistance and protection to our guests. The Lifeguard is critical in keeping our guest safe while they enjoy our attractions and features. Essential Functions:

  • Patrol or monitor recreational areas such as wave pool, lazy river, and attractions, on foot or from towers.
  • Rescue distressed persons, using rescue techniques and equipment.
  • Examine injured persons and administer first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation, if necessary, using training and medical supplies and equipment.
  • Contact emergency medical personnel in case of serious injury.

Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: Maintenance Technicians are responsible for supporting a variety of functions, including but not limited to maintaining proper water quality, inspecting rides and grounds daily and making necessary repairs. The Maintenance Technician is critical in maintaining the safety of our guest through proper maintenance of our rides and attractions. Essential Functions:

  • Record and keep logs of water quality checks using chemical kits.
  • Respond to biological spills in and out of the water.
  • Inspect slides, features and grounds looking for potential hazards.
  • Turn on and monitor park features, slides and simulators
  • Make necessary repairs in park.
  • Maintain park pumps and filters.

Mascot
Job Summary: This is an alternating position between mascot and mascot attendant; their duties include, but are not limited to: Providing entertainment as Shelly during our active season and also outside in community appearances, meet and greet guests throughout the park, work closely with the Mascot Attendant and take pictures with guests to enhance all around park visit experience. Mascot Attendants will assist the mascot with their needs and handle the mascot while out in the park or in the community. Essential Functions:

  • Performers give hugs and high fives, pose for pictures, dance, and help create meaningful experiences with guests of all ages.
  • Interact with guests in costume for 20min or less at a time, various times throughout the day. 
  • Clean and press costumes before and after performances and perform any minor repairs.
  • Provide dressing assistance to coworker or assign someone to assist employee with costume changes.
  • Keep guests in line when employee in costume is on stage to avoid pushing, pulling or hitting of costume.
  • Participate in the hiring, training, scheduling, or supervision of other mascot employees

Photographer
Job Summary: In Park Photographers are responsible for supporting a variety of revenue functions, including but not limited to processing photographing guests, landscapes, merchandise or other objects using digital or film cameras and equipment and meeting sales quota while providing superior customer service. The photographer is critical in capturing guest’s memories and experiences. Essential Functions:

  • Use traditional or digital cameras, along with a variety of equipment such as tripods, filters, and flash attachments to capture images of guests to be sold.
  • Transfer photographs to computers for editing, retouch, resize, other enhancements, and sale.
  • Assist guests by providing information and resolving their complaints.
  • Perform maintenance tasks necessary to keep equipment working properly.
  • Greeting guests at the entrance and exit doors.
  • Typing and processing guest information

Assistant to Sales and Marketing Manager

Physical Demands: Supervisors must be able to read and stand at a register for 3+ hours. Supervisors must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50lbs. Employees must be able to use a computer and keyboard in order to utilize the POS system. Must be able to type at an average rate of 40 WMP. Employees must be able to withstand the heat for long periods of time, with reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment: General work environment with minimal to moderate noise. This is a standing position, mostly at multiple stations, but may involve walking to assist guests with their inquiries. Frequent use of the POS system and computers for extended periods of time.
